Meet Chef Tory Aunspach
Chef Tory Aunspach brings over 30 years of culinary experience to One World Pizza. After working as a private chef for billionaires and world leaders, he chose Jersey City as home. His mission? To create thoughtful, flavor-packed pizzas that honor different cultures and stories. Tory believes great food comes from care, not luxury.
Pizza, Reimagined
Our menu is full of surprises. From NYC-style Salmon Lox pizza to a Jamaican Jerk Brisket pie, we take bold steps beyond traditional pizza. Our most-loved pizza? The Bulgogi—with marinated Korean beef, a kimchi base, and garlic chili. Every crust is finished with garlic confit and fresh parmesan. It’s pizza, but completely reimagined.
